What we believe

Chief Executive Officer

Omar leads RXA Technologies' strategy and client delivery. He holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and has spent his career at the intersection of technology and execution, advising on and personally leading consulting engagements and complex project delivery programs.

His approach is grounded in the belief that technology strategy is only useful when it's paired with the procurement and delivery discipline to carry it out. That perspective shapes how RXA Technologies is run: close to the client, close to delivery, and accountable for outcomes rather than reports.

Ayub leads RXA Technologies' technology strategy and systems architecture, overseeing the digital and data platforms that support our clients' procurement, logistics and delivery programs. He holds a Master's degree in Technology Management, bringing a disciplined, systems-first perspective to every engagement.
